Zul and Natasha have been my go-to for the past few years and today they went above and beyond when my Subaru WRX had the front right window smashed. Car was done way way ahead of schedule, they cut me one of the best prices in Edmonton, and their technician even fixed a door panel/front speaker rattle I hadn't figured out how to solve yet. Beyond happy, do not understand where all the bad reviews are coming from. People just clean your vehicles or before you take them in for service and if there's issues, follow up with them! I had a windshield leak in after install in heavy rain on my last truck, and Zul and Natasha made it right with no extra cost to me.. I'll be back and keep handing it out the company name!

I found the business online and after filling out an online enquiry, the process was a breeze. I was offered two solutions to my problem with upfront costs and was able to make an informed decision. Straight forward with no guess work. I found them to be confident, honest, genuine and trustworthy. They were quick to perform the replacement in the time frame specified. Communication is excellent They have a very experienced team, the work is top notch, couldn't fault them if I tried to. Inside there is a waiting room and nearby bus stops if you would like to wait at home or visit southgate mall. I highly recommend them for all glass repairs. Thankyou for fixing my shattered sunroof

I have used this shop twice in the past. Thought of it as my local place. So logical that I would use them for a third time. I got a windshield quote from one of their male staff, made the appointment and at the time of the payment we ended up paying $115 more. I was basically told that they do not know where the lower quote was from as the quote has the higher price. I was offered a $35 chip repair for this, no thank you. I felt like I was being called a liar. The sad thing is that I am more disappointed and hurt at how the manager dealt with this, than mad. Needles to say I am not a valued customer and they do not need my business. I will be looking for another shop in the future.

Worst customer experience EVER! Came in to get my windshield replaced, and returned to pick it up, the car was covered in black glue used to install the glass. The front windshield, the doors, sunroof, side windows, and rear window. I showed an employee, who told me she would get the technician who worked on the car to come out and clean it. He came out and didnt even acknowledge or apologize for what he had happened. He did a rushed job cleaning it, and after i got home and took off the tape that had been on the car window, there was a big mess of black glue underneath. I also realized that somehow even the door jamb was covered in black glue. The interior was also full of debris from the installation, which they didnt even bother to wipe off. I went back the next day to have them clean it AGAIN, and while i was talking about the problem to the receptionist, the manager was beside her rolling his eyes. When he finally did decide to see what the problem was, he kept coming up with excuses for the work instead of taking any responsibility, and not taking my problem seriously at all. He was incredibly rude and like the technician, offered no apology for the glue mess. They took the car back into the shop to clean it and scratched the paint underneath. Never coming back again and do not recommend that anyone takes their car here.
